Create your secure customer account and complete your purchase safely through Stripe. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive immediate access to your private dashboard where you can track each stage of the process, review instructions, and access your unique order number.

02 2 — Complete Your Intake Call

Call our dedicated AI intake line and provide your order number to begin. During the call, our AI assessment specialist will guide you through a focused review of your business operations, workflows, pain points, missed opportunities, growth goals, current systems, and bottlenecks. Most calls take 20–30 minutes, while more complex businesses may require additional discovery time of up to 60 minutes.

You may repeat the intake call as many times as you’d like to add more details, clarify information, or improve your submission. When you feel everything has been fully covered, simply notify us through your dashboard that you are satisfied and ready for the next step.

03 3 — We Analyze Your Business

Once you request the analysis phase to begin, the information gathered from your intake calls is carefully reviewed by our internal analysis team and processing systems. We examine your operations to identify hidden inefficiencies, estimate time and cost savings opportunities, uncover missed revenue potential, and prioritize practical AI solutions tailored to your business.

04 4 — Receive Your Custom Report

Within 36–48 hours after you approve your intake and request analysis, your personalized AI Business Optimization Assessment will be uploaded directly to your secure dashboard. Your report will include estimated savings opportunities, quick wins you can implement immediately, longer-term growth strategies, and clear next steps to help you save time, reduce costs, and increase profits.

Low-risk and practical

From secure checkout through final delivery, your assessment is guided step by step inside your private dashboard. After ordering, you can review instructions, complete your intake, request analysis when you are ready, and monitor the real-time status of your assessment as it moves from intake to analysis to report delivery. Once your custom roadmap is ready, your dashboard gives you direct access to the report and clear next steps. Step 6: revisit the assessment later

When your business changes, start a new follow-up assessment from the same workspace. The voice intake can use your prior transcript, report, and recommendations to ask what changed, what you implemented, and what needs a fresh plan.
